Are you ready to bring your passion for cooking to the heart of Italian cuisine? Mambo is seeking a skilled Fry Cook to join our team. As a Fry Cook, you'll dive into a dynamic environment, working on a hot, yet open-air line.
Your main responsibilities will include operating our double fryer and brick oven to craft mouthwatering dishes. From preparing lasagna chips daily for our famous Italian nachos to maintaining our appliances/cast iron with precision and care, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our culinary offerings.
This role demands more than culinary expertise; it requires physical stamina and agility. With three floors of stairs to navigate and weights of up to 50+lbs to handle regularly, you'll be constantly on the move, pivoting, turning, bending, and reaching.
