We are searching for an experienced full-time bread baker to join our awesome team at Fleur Bake Shop in Whitefish! The position would become full-time in early May, and we would like to fill the position soon to allow ample time for training. This position would be more focused on mixing and shaping loaves for next day baking, along with an early morning baking shift. Working with us would allow for creativity and collaboration with our other bread bakers, working with seasonal ingredients and adjusting bread products throughout the year. The afternoon bread shift would run around 1pm-9pm, 4 days/week, while the early morning shift starts at 6am. Staff must be able to lift 50 lbs bags of flour throughout the day and experience in bread baking or commercial kitchen experience is required. We are looking for someone to join our creative crew and stay long term. There is definite opportunity to learn more of the early morning bread baking position, and rotate/cover shifts as needed.
