Motel 6 in Kalispell is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate. This role is vital in providing a welcoming and efficient check-in/check-out experience for our guests, ensuring their stay is pleasant from start to finish.
Full-time/Part-time. Day shifts and graveyard shifts are available.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
Process guest check-outs, handling payments and issuing receipts.
Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and handle reservations.
Provide information about local attractions, dining, and services.
Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
