St. Anne's Everyday Home Care has an opening in the Polson area for a care giver who would be interested in working
about 36/hrs. weekly. This would be for a kind and gentle lady who is 96 yrs. old. She has muscle weakness, balance issues and lacks motivation. Her memory is fading as she has dementia. She also has a history of U.T.I's. She has a little
dog named Timmy who is the love of her life. If you don't keep an eye on her, she could easily fall.
Your duties would be:
Assist her when she walks somewhere.
Assist her if she needs to shower
Cook meals
Pick up mail
Some transportation possibly.
Companionship
Care giver cannot be a "Chatty Kathy", as too much conversation can make her nervous.
The hours were just recently changed, so current new hours are not available as of this printing. But it will
be 36 hours a week. Hourly wages are: $17.00/hr. There are monthly attendance bonuses, Christmas bonuses as well.
