We’re looking for reliable, hands-on individuals to join our manufacturing and lab team.
This is a fast-paced, highly detailed role working with industrial-grade equipment to produce a variety of cannabis extractions.
If you’re mechanically inclined and like learning new technical skills, this could be a perfect fit.
What You’ll Do:
-Operate and maintain industrial equipment used to process cannabis into distillate, rosin, BHO, and ethanol extractions
-Learn and rotate through multiple production processes to keep work dynamic and build a broad skill set
-Occasionally work in cold and wet environments, standing for long periods, lifting, bending, repetitive motions, and performing hands-on tasks that require full attention and focus
-Follow strict safety and quality protocols while working with precision equipment
-Collaborate with the team to keep production flowing smoothly and meet daily goals
What We’re Looking For:
-Reliable transportation.
-Monday–Friday availability, 9 AM – 5 PM
-Mechanically savvy and comfortable working with complex equipment
-Detail-oriented, focused, and able to learn new machinery and processes quickly
-Team player who can also work independently when needed
-Must have (or be able to obtain after first interview) a valid CCD license
-Comfortable with physical work in cold, wet, and sometimes messy environments — proper attire and water-resistant clothing are essential
Compensation & Growth:
-$18–$22/hour to start, based on experience
-Raise opportunities at 3 months, 12 months, and annually thereafter
-Ongoing training across multiple production methods
