Position: Building Maintenance Technician
Department: Maintenance
Work Location: Glacier Park International Airport/FMAA
Pay Rate: $28/hr (full time/permanent)

Job Responsibilities:
Under direct supervision of the Terminal Maintenance Supervisor, the Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and repair of a building or area. Duties can vary from day to day and a maintenance schedule may be implemented so time management skills are required. Building Maintenance Technicians need to have a good knowledge of building skills including HVAC, plumbing, drywall installation, painting, conveyor systems and general building repair. Also, the incumbent will need to be adept at using a variety of hand and power tools. This position may include working outdoors, in the elements, or across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends and holidays.
Requirements:
Incumbent must be able to pass a federal background check and security threat assessment, have and maintain a valid driver's license, and pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Minimum Qualifications:
-Minimum of 18 years of age, possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
-Airport maintenance experience.
-Plumbing, heating, light construction and equipment operation.
-Three years of general building maintenance experience.
-Ability to perform Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) control level issue
diagnosis and maintenance.
