Under the supervision of the Grounds Maintenance Manager, the Grounds Maintenance Attendant is responsible for building, ground maintenance functions, and doing related work as required.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Grounds Maintenance Attendant, you will help maintain lot/grounds.
Serve as back-up delivery driver when needed.
Assist with washing & detailing machines/boats and assisting technicians.
Complete snow removal tasks such as shoveling and plowing as needed during winter months.
Delivers merchandise to correct addresses, obtaining signatures and proof of receipt when necessary.
Performs general warehouse duties when required.
Towing boats in and out of storage upon customer’s requests.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
