Job Description
All Tree Services is seeking a full-time grounds crewman to work with our tree removal and pruning team in the Flathead Valley. We are a locally owned Flathead Valley business. We value team members who are: responsible, hard-working (in all weather conditions), driven and possess attention to detail and follow-through. We are a rapidly growing tree care service who is seeking to add the right person who can build upon our momentum.
Groundsman Position | Responsibilities
Ability to follow directions and work independently
Able to lift in excess of 70 lbs
Operate a chainsaw safely
Drag and Chip Brush
Drive Vehicles under 26,000 lbs
Shift a vehicle with manual transmission
Drive and back vehicles and towing trailers
Assist in the maintenance of equipment
Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment.
Groundsman Position | Qualifications
MUST possess a valid driver’s license
Athletic
Positive attitude
Able to withstand laborious outdoor activity
Display a willingness to learn
Professional and courteous demeanor
Must display pride in themselves and the work which they perform
Must be able to think critically
Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
It is preferred that the applicant have 1 year of experience in outdoor labor
