Experience: must be able to follow directions and be self motivated to learn something new
Workdays will be 8 hours, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Start times will move back to 8:00 am during the summer and possibly earlier when weather is extremely hot. Seasonal approximately from May 15th to August or September 15th I am flexible.
Summary: Some of the activities you will be engaged in are: maintenance of the grounds, lawns, mowing, string trimming, raking and picking up sticks, back pack blower
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Same as above plus keep track of time you have worked as well as billable info for property. Work steady and respect the job and property
Operate power equipment such as lawnmower, string trimmer, blower pick up sticks, rake.
Education: High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
