We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician (MT) for our Condominium Association in Whitefish. The position involves maintaining grounds, facilities, and amenities (i.e. Clubhouse with pool & hot tub) and reports to a Maintenance Supervisor or Manager. He or she ensures that all systems and equipment are functional and properly maintained in a clean and aesthetically appealing condition.
The MT also provides exemplary service in a manner consistent with the values of the company. He or she performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills representative of the company as it relates to this function. The MT interfaces with residents and contractors to successfully maintain assets.
The MT must have a keen eye for details, with job related experience and knowledge. The MT must also possess manual dexterity and physical stamina.
