Big Sky Finishes is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as general laborers. Prior painting experience is not necessary, however it will make you stand out as an applicant to us. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. As a general laborer, you will assist our experienced painters in various tasks such as surface preparation, maintaining a clean workspace, and providing support to ensure project success. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow withing a dynamic company.
The position may entail occasional heavy lifting and demands a fast-paced work ethic. A positive attitude and dependable means of transportation are essential qualities we seek in prospective candidates. Compensation will be dependent on experience.
Our operational schedule adheres to a Monday to Friday work week, providing employees with weekends and holidays off, and ensuring weekly compensation.
