Busy personal injury law office in Kalispell, Montana is seeking a professional, motivated, organized, efficient, and audacious paralegal with a positive attitude and team-player mindset to join our team. Job duties will include extensive communication with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, experts, witnesses, etc., document and pleading preparation and drafting, fact and information retrieval, record and document review and interpretation, and a wide variety of other standard paralegal duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, and be able to successfullymanagetime while balancing multiple tasks,think critically, strategically, and analytically, prioritize multiple projects andwork independently with little supervision, follow directions, and have exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
Workers' Compensation experience is a plus but not required. Paralegal or legal assistant experience is required. This is a full-time, in-office position. Benefits, 401k, paid vacation. Wage DOE. Resume, cover letter or writing sample, and at least 2 references required.
