Qualifications: Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task, move quickly, and grasp, manipulate and assemble objects with hands, able to climb stairs multiple times a shift, able to frequently lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds and assist team members with lifting objects over 50 pounds. Must work well independently as well as in a team environment. Must be willing to attend training as needed.
Duties: Responsible for overall production of product, mixing, sheeting, and cutting. Operate forklift. Cleans and sanitizes equipment and area. Works with cleaning and sanitizing solutions on a regular basis. Participates in necessary meetings. All other tasks as assigned by Production Manager, Assistant Production Manager, and/or Shift Supervisors.
Working environment includes exposure to high temperatures, cleaning materials, wheat, and eggs. Work schedule varies and may include day shift or night shift.
