Job Description:
We are rapidly growing and adding to our team! Seeking reliable and detail-oriented operators to manufacture and package nutritional products, ensuring adherence to customer requirements and specifications. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a solid work ethic, dependability, and a desire to contribute to our mission of supporting global health through our products. As part of the Production Team, you'll play a crucial role in the heart of our operation.
Candidate Qualifications:
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
· Demonstrated good judgment, flexibility, and innovativeness in various situations.
· Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
· Self-motivated and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
· Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Manufacture nutritional dietary supplements to customer specifications in a clean room environment.
· Setup and operate manual and automated equipment to supplement production, including:
Weighing & blending ingredients
Operating encapsulation equipment
Polishing and inspecting capsules
Operating fully automated packaging line
· Ensure the safe operation of all equipment.
· Performs cleaning of equipment and work areas as necessary.
· Adherence to health and safety regulations, including use of personal protective gear.
· Identifies and executes cost reduction opportunities.
· Undertake other duties as assigned.
Position Specifics
· Start Date: Negotiable
· Job Type: Full-time
· Pay: $18.00-$22 per hour starting DOE
· Hours: 40 per week

· 10-hour shift
· Day shift (Monday – Thursday, 6am – 4:30pm) 3 day weekends!
