Responsibilities;
- Running a nail gun
- Building signage parts
- Moving small wood pieces all day
- Standing in one spot for 6 or more hours
- Running a forklift
- Maintaining production expectations and output ( obviously not right away)
- Having a good attitude, positivity goes far with me. Culture is my number one. If someone doesnt have a good attitude I move on.
- 4-10 Shift with OT on Friday if necessary. I require my staff to let everyone know by wed if Friday is necessary.
Some great adds
- Paint experience a plus
- Construction background helpful but not necessary
- CNC Router experience
Starting wage is 13hr
- 90 day review with advancement
