Personal Assistant/Party Planner/Housekeeper

We are seeking a full time dedicated, proactive Personal Assistant/Party Planner/Housekeeper to support daily operations and enhance the efficiency of a household. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, including residential cleaning, party planning and is highly adept at home organization. This role requires a professional who is organized, detail-oriented, a problem solver and is capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Personal Assistant

Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and appointments

Ensuring timely reminders and follow-ups

Run errands, make reservations, assist with returns of items, etc.

Drafting and editing correspondence including texts and emails

Party Planning

Responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of dinner parties and events

Coordinate all event details, including setup, decorations, and cleanup

Assist with party themes, concepts and timelines

Liaising with clients and vendors regarding scheduling changes or issues with arrangements

Identify, hire and manage vendors like caterers, entertainment, etc.

Plan, order and execute decorations, floral arrangements, etc.

Housekeeping

Deliver exceptional customer service while interacting with household members or guests. Maintaining cleanliness in areas like bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, kitchen and stairways. Perform residential cleaning duties, ensuring all areas are sanitized and well-maintained. Polishing silverware, dishes and other items that require special care. Cleaning and sanitizing furniture and other items. Dusting shelves, blinds, baseboards, ceilings, windowsills, and other surfaces. Cleaning floors and carpets using appropriate methods like steam or shampoo machines. Execute floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Assist with bed changeover and turn down. Clean up after meals within a specific time limit. Using eco-friendly cleaning products when available.

Tending to pets, including feeding and grooming

Managing and maintaining an inventory of cleaning and household supplies

Grocery / supply shopping as needed

Addressing guests' needs such as food/beverage inventory, providing toiletries, and ensuring a pleasant experience
