Whitefish Marine is seeking a part time front desk receptionist. We are in need of a responsible, enthusiastic applicant with excellent customer service and problem solving abilities.
Applicants must be able to :
Answer boat rental phone calls and make reservations
Making changes to existing reservations via booking software
Be the main point of contact for both clients and dock attendants for rental department when manager is unavailable
Take detailed sales and service messages and email to appropriate departments
Maintaining tidy work space
Be a self started who excels at working independently
We are looking to fill this position immediately.
