Looking to hire a part time Mortgage Field Inspector to conduct property and occupancy inspections on behalf of mortgage companies in the Libby and Troy areas. Part time commitment and flexible times (daytime hours only). Must be able to pass a background check.
Depending on production, pay ranges from $250-350 per month (1-2 days a month) with a good chance of increased volume in coming months.
Must have access to Computer/Scanner/Printer, Smartphone (Either Iphone or Droid), and reliable personal vehicle.
Skills Needed: Reliability, great Communication, self-motivated, basic computer skills, and professionalism.
Job involves taking pictures of properties and filling out short reports. No need for prior experience. We can train you. We are family run business based out of Colorado. We have a great team and looking to add a few more members to our team.
