The Toggery is hiring for part-time and full-time positions at our Whitefish location. Please drop off your resume in person at our store or fill out our application online at ToggeryMontana.com. Part-Time positions are 2-4 days/week and Full-Time positions are 5 days a week. Applicants must have availability to work weekends. Store hours are 9:30am - 6:00pm Monday through Saturday and 10:00am - 5:00pm on Sundays.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Greet and interact with customers with a welcoming and friendly demeanor.
Provide excellent customer service and go the extra mile in helping our customers find what they are looking for, answering all of their questions and giving suggestions.
Engage in learning about our product to further your knowledge for helping customers.
Participate in store upkeep and seasonal changeover including sizing and straightening racks, daily cleaning tasks, steaming, tagging, moving and stocking product, organizing shoe stock, etc.
Always carry a positive attitude and contribute to a fun and energetic work environment.
JOB SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years retail experience or other customer service related experience preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Some knowledge of POS systems, computers and registers.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to create positive relationships with customers, coworkers and management.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Must be able to work a weekends.
