At Spotted Bear Spirits, we handcraft small-batch spirits that reflect tell the story of our little corner of Northwest Montana. We’re here for good drinks, good people, and good adventures — and we’re ready to grow our footprint across the state. To help us do that, we’re looking for a spirited (pun intended) Sales Representative to join our crew.
What You’ll Do
This role is about more than just selling bottles. You’ll be the face of Spotted Bear Spirits out in the world, building relationships with bars, restaurants, and retailers, and helping more Montanans discover our products. You’ll be on the road a couple times a month, spreading the good word about our spirits and finding new ways to bring them into glasses across the state.
Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
-Growing sales by opening new accounts and strengthening current ones
-Introducing our spirits to bartenders, buyers, and shop owners who care about quality
-Hosting tastings and representing Spotted Bear at events and trade shows
-Collaborating with our small but mighty team on creative sales + marketing strategies
-Tracking wins, opportunities, and progress so we can hit our big growth goalsWhat We’re Looking For
What we are looking for:
-Past sales experience strongly preferred — bonus points if it’s in spirits, craft beverage, or F+B
-Someone who understands how the food & beverage world works (industry experience = gold)
-A track record of growing a brand and hitting (or crushing) sales goals
-Excellent communicator who thrives on building relationships
-Self-starter who loves a flexible, on-the-go role
-Willingness to travel 1–2 times per month across Montana
-Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools
-Strong skills in account management and territory management
-Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers
-A valid drivers license and ability to travel within Montana
-Self-motivated, adaptable and comfortable working independently
