Glacier Supply in Bigfork is hiring a full-time, year round Assistant Parts and Service Manager. This position involves:
Ordering stock and special order parts, equipment, attachments, and implements.
Triaging and scheduling equipment repairs and service work.
Completing basic service and maintenance work such as oil changes, replacing filters and fluids, etc.
Performing routine equipment inspections for both customer and rental fleet equipment.
Writing and completing work orders for accurate customer billing (including parts, supplies, and labor).
Reading and understanding equipment schematics.
Utilizing our rental management software to manage parts and work orders.
Submitting warranty claims to manufacturers for reimbursement.
Working with manufacturers to ensure the right part is ordered the correctly the first time.
Attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple service projects simultaneously.
Completing routine inventories for stock parts.
Ensuring organized part storage and a clean shop for equipment service.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and to take on additional responsibilities and skill sets with the ultimate goal of becoming the Parts and Service Manager.

Compensation depends on experience with overtime available.
