Local Montana General Contractor looking to add a quality person to our construction team in Kalispell, Montana.
Construction Experience and Solid Work Ethic a must
Position Requirements:
- Construction Background for project management and construction estimating a must.
- General management of most aspects of our residential construction business and projects.
- Project Cost Estimating, Project Permitting, Project Material Ordering, Scheduling, Change Order Tracking, and Closing out projects.
- Knowledge of New Construction and Remodeling Construction projects.
- Recruiting internal carpenters and helpers including sub contractors.
- Assist in growing the business on a day to day perspective.
- Computer Knowledge a Must with Microsoft Office.
