As a General Construction Laborer, you'll support carpenters and site leads on a range of residential construction projects.
What You'll Do:
Site cleanup and material handling
Assisting carpenters and tradespeople with framing, drywall, and finishes
Demolition and prep for remodels
Loading/unloading tools and supplies
Digging, lifting, and basic manual labor
Learning and growing into new tasks as you gain experience
What We're Looking For:
Willingness to work hard and show up on time
Some construction or manual labor experience preferred (but not required)
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record (required)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet all day
Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and eagerness to learn
Safety-minded and dependable
Compensation:
Full-time, year-round work
Competitive hourly rate at $15 to $25, based on experience and skill level
