Job Overview: As a General Laborer at Moore Craft, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations on various job sites. Your primary responsibilities will include material handling, jobsite cleaning, digging ditches, and other various tasks. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Material Handling:
-Safely transport, load, and unload materials and equipment.
-Organize and manage materials on the job site to ensure efficiency and safety.
Jobsite Cleaning:
-Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the job site.
-Remove debris and hazardous materials to ensure a safe working environment.
Digging Ditches:
-Perform digging and trenching tasks as directed by supervisors.
-Operate hand tools and equipment for digging and earth-moving activities.
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
-Previous experience in a general laborer role or similar environment is a plus.
-Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, and digging.
-Basic knowledge of safety practices and procedures.
-Strong work ethic and reliability.
-Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
-Must be able to work in varying weather conditions.
