High End Commercial Flooring Labor Shop- Unique Opportunity advance quickly for the fast learner.
With 5 in-field installation teams- NextGen Flooring, Inc is a full-service flooring shop focused on High End Retail and Tenant Improvement Services- We work directly with a handful of national level GC's. Currently NextGen is looking to expand its Back Office Support Staff- that operates out of Polson Montana. Initial tasks will be performing take offs, bid preparation, ordering of materials for field teams, project management tasks, compiling material pricing, and learning the overall business model. Once these skills are mastered- the goal is to move you as a self-directed Estimator, Project Manager, or Sales Rep. with an advanced compensation and performance bonus structure to reflect your output. All work is computer and phone-based work- Hybrid Remote Work is an option after initial tasks outlined have been mastered. (Estimated about 12-18 months)
