We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Equipment Operator to join our construction team at a small excavation company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and completing digs through operating heavy equipment, ensuring the construction site is safe and efficient, and managing construction projects to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
Capabilities:
+Efficiently run the following; 135G, Mini ex, skid steer, roller etc. Equipment needed for job completion of foundation digs, utility repairs/ replacements, septic installs, rockeries etc.
+Responsible and on time with good time management skills.
+Can efficiently run a project from start to finish with a crew on jobs big to small.
