Timber-Guard Log Home Care is in search of one or two hardworking and driven individuals to help with our business.
This will likely be a seasonal job but could go into the winter.
Individual must have drivers license
Must be able to lift 45lbs above head
Must be able to carry 45lb buckets
Must be able to work on ladders and scaffolding
Must pay attention to detail
Must be a good worker
Must be able to pass drug test
No smoking or spitting
We are willing to train the right individual. We will be chinking, staining, and doing occasional log replacements. Its not overly hard work but does involve setting up scaffolding and carrying 5 gallon buckets around occasionally. We will provide transportation to job site but will meet in Kalispell.
I believe in rewarding people for how well they do, pay will be adjusted as skill level increases. Starts at 20/hr and will increase as your skill does.
