I need a small engine/generator mechanic that is familiar with vintage (1980's) model units. This is an Onan generator in a motorhome and is producing clean power but needs tuned up. I believe there is a problem with the fuel delivery systems as well. I've been told that the points and condenser need to be checked/changed. All service has been performed in the last two months but could be done again because I've been using the generator to keep my battery bank charged up while I've been dry camping up in Wood's Bay (about 3 miles south of Bigfork).
This will be an onsite job!
I don't want someone that is going to try and take me to the cleaners. I've been extremely fortunate on CL and found some seriously competent help prior to now. If you can be honest and hardworking we can do business.
