Job Title: Warehouse Manager and Micro-Market Operator
NOW HIRING! The Warehouse Manager and Micro-Market Operator will oversee the warehouse, manage inventory levels, and drive a company truck to fill self-checkout markets. 30 hrs per week. Monday - Friday. Opportunity to grow with our business and increase salary.
Job Duties Include:
- Warehouse Management: Count and organize incoming inventory in the warehouse; communicate inventory needs; break down and dispose of cardboard; maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Pick Inventory: Pull daily required inventory of snacks and drinks into the correct bins for specific customer locations
- Stock and Maintain Self-Checkout Markets: Drive inventory to our customer locations and fill the markets (“self-checkout” style); maintain clean and organized retail space ensuring inventory is rotated and fresh
- Inventory Management: Utilize a phone app and spreadsheets to track inventory in the markets and the warehouse
Qualifications:
- 2 years driving experience required with a clean/excellent driving history and valid Montana’s Driver’s license
- Must be able to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs. on a consistent basis with products to be stocked in markets or vending machines; physical work (such as lifting a bin with beverages & snacks) is a primary part of the job
- Able to work independently, responsible for route and work
- Comfortable using a phone app and spreadsheet for inventory management
- Provide excellent customer service and a positive attitude for any interactions at our customer locations
- Experience with retail and/or food service is a plus
- Be familiar with the Kalispell area and able to efficiently drive within area
- Pass a background check
