Rocky Mountain Medical Center is a growing multi-healthcare company seeking a motivated and ambitious Accounting Assistant. The accounting assistant is primarily responsible for the day to day accounting operations of the clinic and works in collaboration with the CEO and other members of the executive team to ensure the efficient operation of the organization. The accounting manager performs various accounting and reporting activities from processing payroll to overseeing purchasing, long-range forecasting, and insurance activities for the organization.
Status/Salary: Full-time position with a generous benefit package.
Qualifications: Bachelorâs degree or equivalent experience in accounting or finance.
Requirements: Must have experience in accounting or finance. Must be proficient in QuickBooks and Excel. Medical office experience preferred.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Prepare monthly & quarterly reports
Process Payroll
Process quarterly and annual payroll taxes
Entering deposits
Bank Reconciliation
Accounts Payable
Data Analysis
