Bookkeeper (Missoula)
Compensation: Depends on experience

Family owned Pharmacy business is seeking an experienced Part-time bookkeeper.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Manage and maintain the daily operations including sales receipts, orders, invoicing, deposits and reconciling ledger accounts.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable ensuring payments are made and received in a timely manner.
Ensure that monthly bank reconciliations and financial reports are completed in a timely manner and provided to Management.
Overseeing and processing inventory reports and managing reported variances.
Maintain chart of accounts, item list, and vendor list in QuickBooks.
Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports and schedules for discussion with Management.
Analyze data to support business decision-making.
Work with other employees regarding book-keeping duties.
Other general duties as needed.
Experience, Skills, Attributes:
3-5 years of experience, preferably in retail or a Pharmacy environment.
Experience with Quickbooks (Quickbooks certification is a plus)
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Sheets, Google Docs
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Problem solver with an ability quickly learn processes
Time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines
Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Punctuality, consistent attendance & respect for the team
Precision and attention to detail
