Personal Assistant to a high performing, passionate, business leader in Missoula.
This is a job for someone who loves being busy, and who can handle many different tasks at the same time. The ideal candidate is organized, takes good notes, has their own transportation, and will be able to complete tasks and errands like:
-Going to the grocery store and completing twice weekly shopping trips, learning individual food preferences and paying attention to nutrition and food labels and specifics;
-Going to various missoula businesses to complete errands, deliveries, and pickups, often needing to call ahead of time to schedule various items and details.
-Writing basic handwritten documents and taking notes.
-Reviewing email and categorizing emails, possibly responding to basic emails on behalf of employer.
-Basic research projects and delivering a conclusion and recommendation based on that research.
-Keeping detailed track of miles driven, time taken to complete tasks, and submitting bi-weekly payment requests and bills.
While there will be some tasks that will be repeated every week, it is also quite likely that every week will be different.
This position requires basic professional attire (think polo t-shirt or button up shirt, clean attire, etc) and excellent communication skills via email, phone and text messaging.
This is a part-time job with fairly regular hours, but the schedule can be set ahead of time and has some flexibility. This would be a perfect job for someone looking for business and marketing experience on top of another job.
This position is 4-8 hours per week and would ideally continue for the next year or more. If this position goes well, it could be increased to a 20/hour a week position with more responsibility around marketing, home and business organization, and research.
