Montavue is a fast growing surveillance and security startup based in Missoula. We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial, flexible employee to help provide customer service and technical support, as well as selling surveillance products over the phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities are below, but are not limited to this list as we all take on different tasks as needed:
Respond to emails, chats, and phone calls
Provide customer service to customers
Learn our surveillance systems with our provided resources and training and then apply that to helping customers with technical support questions
First contact to close on a sale
Help maintain website, ebay, and amazon with images, blogs, reviews, etc.
Provide customer quotes and sales invoices
Perform other business duties as necessary
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Well organized with a diligent approach to accomplishing tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities while managing time efficiently
Inherent team player attitude and eagerness to learn multiple aspects of the company
Proficient in Adobe products is a plus, not required
Knowledge of WordPress/WooCommerce is a plus
High School diploma; BS in Business or relevant field is a strong advantage
