Location: BelAire Motel

Responsibilities:
Front Desk Agent:
Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about our facilities and services.
Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
Laundry Attendant:
Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens and towels according to established procedures.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry room.
Ensure all laundry equipment is in good working condition and report any malfunctions.
Housekeeper:
Clean and tidy guest rooms and common areas to company standards.
Change bed linens, replenish towels, and toiletries.
Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and ensure all surfaces are sanitized.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to management.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required. Willing to train!
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
