We are looking for detail-oriented folks with excellent written communication skills who can help our customers during our busiest season! We are hiring two positions: one full-time, 9am-5pm, M-F (although there is some flexibility with the hours once trained) and an additional part-time, variable hour position that varies from 20-hour per week in October and November and increases to 30-40 hours/week in December and early January.
The hourly rate is $17.25/hour. Once hired, full-time employees are eligible for company paid medical, dental and vision insurance. Both full- and part-time employees accrue sick and vacation time and received full holiday pay on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year's Day!
What you'll do:
Sort incoming emails based on priority level and type of ticket;
Respond to customer service tickets via email;
Work with our CS and Warehouse teams to resolve issues with orders;
Set up order reshipment and replacements for lost or damaged orders;
Answer customer questions about products, shipping, and store policies;
All while keeping our customers happy!
Qualifications
Have excellent written communication skills!
Can prioritize and multitask effectively and efficiently!
Understand that most issues can be fixed by proactive communication!
