Full-time, Retail Clerk desired to oversee the daily operations of a hunting and outdoor specialty retail location in the heart of Stevensville. Applicants should have a strong background in retail sales. Excellent organization, strong communication, and customer service skills are necessary.

Duties:

Provide and maintain excellent customer service.

Respond to customer concerns and complaints with professionalism.

Undertake store administration duties.

Order merchandise, track inventory, and maintain displays with products.

Ensure the store complies with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Maintain a tidy and clean store appearance.

Process sales using a POS system.

Other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Experience working in a retail environment is required.

Strong customer management abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Drug screen and background check required upon offer of employment.

Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time, M-F 9 am-5 pm

Wage: $17.00/hr.
