Rainbow Rapids : Education and care is looking for a fun, patient, and loving full time assistant in our 1 to 5 year olds in our Montessori / Waldorf inspired Preschool Starting Aug
25 to 35 hrs a week. Flexible !
We have an engaging environment that we are consistently improving. We garden, make art, yoga, music, farm animals ( chickens, goose, duck and goat) and provide an inspiring curriculum from many philosophies along with a structure schedule and academics.

We need someone who is gentle, kind, and is able to keep composure even in frustrating situations.
Job includes diapers, potty training, cleaning, and patience.
We would like someone who is self-motivating but who is also able to take direction.
We are a small staff and require communication and focus.
This job is between 25 to 35 hours a week M- Th
Also seasonal breaks that follow with Missoula Public Schools.
There is a 30 day trial period.
Required:$16 to start - $18 after training

Able to pass background check (DMV and State)
