We are seeking a Senior Architect with 15-20 years of experience to lead the design of luxury residential estates. This role requires a strong background in high-end home design, attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities:
Design Leadership: Develop and execute outstanding architectural designs for luxury residential estates.
Project Management: Oversee all phases of design and construction to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into exceptional architectural solutions.
Team Coordination: Lead and collaborate with in-house designers, engineers, and external consultants.
Construction Oversight: Conduct site visits, coordinate with contractors, and ensure design integrity is maintained.
Technical Excellence: Prepare and review detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs meet local codes, zoning laws, and sustainability requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
15-20 years of architectural experience, with a background in high-end residential design.
Proven experience designing and managing custom luxury home projects.
Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar design software.
Strong knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
Excellent project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
