Join our amazing Culinary department today as a Sous Chef or Cook! Our Sous Chefs assist in the culinary management and food creation of an assigned restaurant outlet. Our Cooks prepare and produce food according to the restaurant outlet’s designed menus, recipes and sample photographs.

What you need:

High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related coursework

Experience as a Cook or Line Cook in a resort or fine dining setting

Sous Chefs need 2 years of experience in Culinary Management

Knowledge of world class hospitality and service

Valid food handler’s license

Valid driver’s license and the ability to meet company driving policy
