Our Downtown Missoula restaurant is looking for a General Manager with a positive, can-do attitude and an exceptional knowledge of food and beverage operations. We provide a quality dining experience for both brunch and dinner, along with a full bar and cocktail program. Ideal applicants should have at least 5 years of experience in quality dining establishments, and 2 years of management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Hiring, training, coaching, and growth of FOH staff, as well as discipline and termination when applicable.
- Run the floor during service, making labor cuts and serving guests when necessary.
- Uphold the employee handbook and maintain positivity, hospitality and morale in the establishment.
- Keep the restaurant clean and organized.
- Manage guest relations by responding to voicemails, emails and reviews promptly.
- Write and post FOH schedules on time and with in labor cost constraints.
- Ensure FOH and bar ordering is done correctly and within budgeting limits.
- Manage invoices and track costs.
- Participate in weekly management meetings
- Be an ambassador for the brand!
