Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Housekeeper to join our team at Riverview Ranch. As the Head Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall appearance of our accommodations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, training, and supervising housekeeping staff.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, cabins, and common areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards.
Develop and implement efficient cleaning procedures and protocols to optimize productivity and maintain Forbes high cleanliness standards.
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure timely turnover of rooms.
Manage inventory and supplies, and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a prompt and professional manner.
Uphold health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Maintain a positive working environment by fostering teamwork, communication, and mutual respect among staff members.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
