Seeking a manager for the historic Lodge at Lolo Hot Springs. Located just 30 minutes outside Missoula. The Lodge is a destination resort featuring a spacious Montana lodge lobby, natural hot springs soaking tubs, 30 sleeping rooms and an on-site manager apartment. This is a hands-on position working directly with a great team of hospitality professionals as we serve our guests who have joined us to "get away from it all" and soak, hike, snowmobile, bike or just relax in the magnificent Montana mountains.
Successful candidates will have previous hotel management, a passion for excellent guest service, an ability to develop and direct a team and a love of the outdoors. Management "teams" with additional responsibility for maintenance will be considered or the manager can hire and direct a maintenance person.
Compensation: Salary plus aggressive bonus program plus management apartment
Salary: $30,000 a year
