Lolo Hot Springs, located approximately 25 miles west of Lolo, is seeking housekeepers. Must be available to work a variety of shifts including weekends, holidays. Must be able to work as a team/Independently. Must have reliable transportation.
Job Description:
The person in this position needs to:
Frequently move about the property, common areas and inside guest cabins.
Frequent cleaning, wiping , scrubbing, moping.
Constantly position self to clean under furniture, lower cabinets and flooring.
Constantly detect dirt and grime in guest areas.
Frequently move supplies, furniture and boxes weighing up to 50 pounds across short distances.
Frequently work in harsh outdoor weather conditions.
Essential Functions
Create a positive and energetic environment that supports the delivery of an exceptional guest experience.
Clean, condition and arrange guest cabins to LHS standards for guest arrival.
Clean and maintain LHS common areas.
Perform laundry duties as necessary.
Inventory, stock and maintain housekeeping supplies.
Interact with guests in a polite, professional and competent manner.
Communicate any damages, repairs needed or safety concerns to management.
Report all lost and found items to the Manager.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
Work cooperatively with other employees and departments and provide communications to team members on any special request.
Comply with company policies & procedures, safety standards & rules, and federal/state/local laws and ordinances.
Additional Responsibilities
Setting and moving of lawn watering
Raking outdoor areas in the spring and fall.
Shovel snow in the winter.
