Brasserie Porte Rouge seeks a full time cook for our hotline. This is an opportunity to join a creative scratch-cooking team using interesting ingredients. We offer paid sick and vacation time as well as a relatively mature work environment and daily staff meals. Interested candidates should have at least three years of professional cooking experience, a good working knowledge of culinary technique, good cleanliness standards, a positive attitude and an interest in creating new and interesting dishes with the guidance of our chefs.
