New midtown café/delicatessen is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beverage Manager/Barista to work in tandem with chef/kitchen manager to lead our dynamic team and elevate the overall experience for all of our customers. The ideal candidate would have these qualifications:
Proven experience as a Coffee Shop Manager/Barista, with a minimum of [3] years in a leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, equipment, and industry trends.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in managing staff.
