The PIG is looking for a mature, seasoned, and grounded candidate to join our leadership team at our Downtown location. Prior management experience is a must, but it certainly doesn’t have to be in food and beverage. If you’ve led a team before, hired and fired, written schedules, over seen the day-to-day of a business, established and maintained a great culture and done so successfully, we’d love to get to know you. Our management style has always been leading by example. On top of the administrative duties, you can expect to cook food, do some dishes, take out the trash, and whatever else it takes to get through the day at a busy restaurant. We expect our management to walk in the doors every day with a “how can I be helpful to everyone here” attitude. We have a great culture, a fun staff, and a good thing going on.
