1889 - Steakhouse is located in the old Mercantile Building in downtown Missoula. We're looking for a Cold Line Cook / Garde Manger to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
Execute and plate composed salads, cold appetizers, and desserts with speed and consistency; work closely with chefs and line cooks to ensure high-quality presentation and timely service; uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times; contribute to daily prep and closing responsibilities.
What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years experience in a high-volume or fine dining kitchen preferred; strong knife skills and attention to detail; ability to follow recipes, plating guides, and chef instructions precisely; team player with a calm and professional demeanor under pressure; passion for upscale cuisine and commitment to excellence.

Hourly wage is dependent on experience level, $14 to $15/hour (DOE) which is supplemented by a substantial tip share program that averages an additional $6 per hour.
