Bitterroot Dental in Missoula is looking to add a dental receptionist to our team. Our office focuses on delivering patients the highest quality dental experience through outstanding customer service and clinical expertise.
We are looking for a person who is:
Social, outgoing, cheerful and positive
Hard working and reliable
Able to multi task in a fast paced environment
Independent worker who manages time well
Looking for an opportunity for professional growth
Proficient with computers and software
Knowledge of dentistry and insurance desired but not required
As a receptionist you will:
Answer phones
Schedule patients
Check patients in and out
Manage patient communication software
Bill dental insurance
Collect money from patients at appointments
Administrative tasks
Benefits Offered:
Starting wage is determined on experience but ranges from $17-25/hr
Paid Time Off starting at 2 weeks (accrual basis)
6 paid holidays per year
Retirement plan with employer contribution up to 4%
This position is a full time position. Must be available Monday – Thursday 7:45am – 5:15pm with a one hour lunch break.
