Are you someone looking to work in a small private dental practice that puts their patients first? Our patients are number ONE! Your role will be very important, by making sure our patients receive that VIP service from the moment you answer their phone call to the moment to their SMILE is complete.
Duties will include BUT not limited to:
- Answering phone calls
- Setting up appointments for new and existing patients
- Calling and confirming patient appointments
- Checking patients in and out and collecting money for copays
- Responsible for keeping the hygiene and dentist schedule full at all times
- Must be knowledgeable and most importantly be comfortable delivering treatment plans and talking about
money
- Check phone messages and emails daily and respond accordingly
MUST:
- Possess and extremely positive attitude and most importantly be a team player
- Must be able to multi task
- Must love to SMILE
- Must be caring and relate to our patients
- Must have an outgoing and friendly personality
- Must have the desire to treat every patient as a VIP
- Love your job
- Help people everyday
- Have fun all the time
PAY: Depends on experience
