Platinum House, a new adult mental health group home in Missoula is currently recruiting for the position of Group Home Manager/ Program Manager. This position is responsible for the day to day operations of the mental health group home and its staff. The group home manager guides residents through the intake and admission process, ensures residents are appropriate for the group home, and ensures that the group home maintains an active vibrant therapeutic milieu at all times. The group home manager is responsible for the hiring and training of all employees in conjunction with the Mental Health Center HR department. The Group Home Manager is also responsible for making sure the house is properly staffed and that all staff act in accordance with company policy and procedure. The Group Home Manager is responsible for making sure the home is run in accordance with state rules as well as ensuring that residents are approved by the managed care agency at all times during their stay.
Requirements:
Qualified candidates should have at least one year of experience working with adults with SDMI diagnoses as well as a Bachelor's degree in a helping profession. Preference will be given to applicants who have Master's degree and to applicants with a LCSW or LCPC. Compensation will be dependent on experience and licensure.
